Location: the hotel was short walk to beautifully maintained gardens with spacious, well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms and the market and action in the old city.

Great location - just a short walk to the old town. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure to accommodate any food allergies and providing 

Very good location, spacious and confortable rooms, great breakfast, wonderfull home-made ice-cream :)

They gave us a map with sugestions on restaurants and stores. The restaurants were very good (specially Miss Ly) but one of the stores they recommended was not so good (Mr. Sun) but the managers was great in solving our problem with the store.

The size of the room was spacious. There is a living room area with sofa and table, besides the bedroom and bathroom. The hotel provides bicycles for rental (FOC) and that was really great as some part 

The units are top quality, brand-new.

The location of the hotel was great and gorgeous - relatively close to Old Town. The breakfast was great with plenty of delicious pastries and omelette. The free parking was onsite, exceptional service.  

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The staff at Anantara were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent 

Close to old quarter and ancient town, easy to get around from hotel, relaxing and welcooming.

wi-fi not avaiable throughout hotel and cost of laundry.

Everything was just very good. We enjoyed a lot the atmosphere at the Wine bar.

Not a big issue but IT facilities were limited (in case, you do not have your own computer with you).

Awesome breakfast spread - the best we had in vietnam. Great rooms and very comfortable stay. Nice pool and very relaxing. On the edge of the small town so able to walk everywhere, but just removed enough so still quiet. 

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a perfectly sized room and an extra comfy bed. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old town but on a quieter street. The
